Install CREVO as a real app on your computer — its own window and icon, no browser tabs. It is a one-time install: the app always runs the latest CREVO automatically, so you never need to download updates.
If a blue “Windows protected your PC” screen appears, click More info, then Run anyway. This happens once, only because the installer is distributed privately instead of through a store.
Open the .dmg and drag CREVO into Applications. On first launch macOS says it can’t verify the developer — open System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll down and click Open Anyway. One-time step.
If it instead says the app is “damaged” (older download), open Terminal, paste xattr -cr /Applications/CREVO.app, press Enter, then open CREVO again.
Download the APK on your phone, tap it, and allow “Install from this source” when asked — Android’s standard prompt for apps installed outside the Play Store, one time per phone.
Your login, 2FA and data work exactly as on the website — the desktop app is the same secure CREVO in its own window. If a download link does not work yet, the installer has not been published — ask your administrator.
